This drum loop CD captures the sound and the feel of several of the most influential beats from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s from bands like Banda Black Rio, and artists like Carlos Dafé, Bebeto, Antonio Carlos e Jocafi, Cassiano, Tim Maia, Wilson Simonal etc.
Those sounds influenced deeply bands like Jamiroquai, The Brand New Heavies, Incognito, and several other artists and Djs around the world.
Recorded in the old Evergreen Orchestral Film scoring room using ProTools HD. Every Drum is close miked with one 3D Microphone in front of the kick and one 3D Microphone up higher recording the room. We have created 3 mixes of each loop giving you a Dry mix, a wet mix as well as a room mix.
